We’re Natalia Jakubowska and Łukasz Gronowski – a directing duo working together since 2012. We seamlessly blend documentary sensitivity with the aesthetics of advertising and music videos. Our creative voice draws from diverse inspirations: photography, contemporary art, fashion, design, advertising, and film.
We’re masters of precision, mixing different film techniques while always striving for truth and authenticity – to evoke genuine emotions. Casting is pivotal for us, and our documentary roots help us gain the trust of actors and bring out their best.
As a duo, we bring both a female and male perspective – like yin and yang. It allows us to see the world from a broader angle, keep the energy flowing, and split tasks when the project demands being in two places at once. After years of collaboration, we know each other so well that we often work as one.
Since 2012, we’ve directed over 400 commercials. Along the way, our work has been recognized not only for creativity (including the Golden KTR Award for directing in 2022) but also for effectiveness (Golden Effie for IKEA and Bronze Euro Effie for Corega). In short: the projects we take on aren’t just highly creative – they work, they deliver results.

Natalia graduated from the Faculty of Multimedia Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań and studied Cinematography at the Łódź Film School (PWSFTViT). Since 2004, she’s been active in commercial photography and has worked as Director of Photography on documentaries such as “Darling I Lowe Ju” (HBO, 2010) and “Atijat, the First Wife” (TVP, 2008).
Łukasz also graduated from the Faculty of Multimedia Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. As a visual and video artist, he has presented his work in galleries worldwide. Back in the ’90s, he was an active member of the underground hardcore/punk scene and the frontman of several punk rock bands.
